摘要
利用脂肪族二元胺(乙二胺、丁二胺和己二胺)与碳酸乙烯酯的胺解开环反应制备了系列非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(NIPU)单体,其特征是两端各含有1个羟基;然后采用聚酯缩聚法将这些NIPU单体与衣康酸在一定条件下反应,生成系列高酸值、低羟值的光固化NIPU,核磁共振分析显示它们同时具有氨基甲酸酯键、酯键和碳碳双键;随后结合水性化将这些NIPU制成稳定的聚合物乳液,以其作为水性光固化涂料的主体树脂配制成水性光固化NIPU涂料体系,并对其力学性能、热稳定性和涂料性能等进行了测试。结果表明,所制备水性光固化涂料体系均具有良好的热稳定性、附着力和柔韧性,同时,用丁二胺制备的试样还具有优异的力学性能、耐水性和耐溶剂性。
A series of non-isocyanate polyurethane(NIPU)monomers with one hydroxyl group at each end were prepared by ring-opening reaction between ethylene carbonate and aliphatic diamine(1,2-ethanediamine,1,4-butanediamine,and 1,6-hexanedimine).The prepared NIPU monomers were then reacted with itaconic acid by polyester polycondensation under certain condition to form a series of UV cured non-isocyanate polyurethanes with high acid value and low hydroxyl value.Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy analysis showed that these NIPUs contained urethane bonds,ester bonds and carbon-carbon double bonds at the same time.Then,these NIPUs were made into stable polymer emulsions by water-based method,which were used as main resin of waterborne UV curable coating to produce waterborne UV curable NIPU coating systems,and their mechanical properties,thermal stability and coating properties were tested.The results showed that the waterborne UV-cured NIPU coatings had good thermal stability,adhesion and flexibility,and the sample prepared by 1,4-butanediamine also exhibited good mechanical properties,water resistance and solvent resistance.
