摘要
研究了水分散性Kevlar纳米纤维的用量对天然橡胶/水分散性Kevlar纳米纤维复合材料力学性能及水刺激-力学响应的影响。结果表明,水分散性Kevlar纳米纤维可有效改善复合材料的力学性能,在其用量为20份(质量,下同)时,复合膜的储能模量达到30.30 MPa,吸水后降低了57.26%,吸水前后的变化明显,说明添加20份水分散性Kevlar纳米纤维的复合材料具有最佳的力学性能及水刺激-力学响应。
The effects of water dispersible Kevlar nanofibers(hANFs)on the mechanical properties and water stimulation-mechanical response of natural rubber(NR)/hANFs composites were studied.Firstly,Kevlar filament was made into Kevlar nanofibers by Kotov method[1].After agitating violently with deionized water for 1 h(rotating speed over 1000 r/min)and vacuum filtration,the obtained solid was blended slowly with the mixed acid[volume ratio of 37.5%(mass)H2SO4 to 8.75%(mass)HNO3 was 3/1]in a hydrothermal kettle and put in an oven at 120℃for 2 h.Subsequently,the acid was filtered out by vacuum again and the solution was dialyzed into deionized water until pH value was 7.
