摘要
根据中国海关总署公布的数据,从进出口两方面分析了2019年我国主要合成橡胶的国际贸易情况及其特征,并就利用好国家出口退税政策去拓展海外市场提出了建议。
According to the data released by the General Administration of Customs of China,international trade status and characteristics of major synthetic rubber in China in 2019 were analyzed,including import and export.Suggestions on making good use of national export tax rebate policy to expand overseas market were put forward.
