口模直径对高密度聚乙烯薄膜性能的影响

摘要 分别采用口模直径为50,75 mm的吹膜机制得高密度聚乙烯薄膜产品DN 50,DN 75,考察了口模直径对薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:DN 50薄膜的拉伸强度、横向撕裂强度、横向断裂标称值、落标冲击质量均高于DN 75薄膜;但DN 50薄膜的雾度、纵向撕裂强度、纵向断裂标称值均低于DN 75薄膜;相同条件下制得的薄膜,随着吹胀比的增大,其雾度、横向拉伸强度、纵向撕裂强度、纵向断裂标称值增加,落标冲击质量降低;相同吹胀比下,DN 50薄膜的结晶度与DN 75相当。 High density polyethylene(HDPE)film DN 50,DN 75 were produced by film blowing machine of which die diameters were 50 and 75 mm and the effects of die diameters on film properties were studied.The results showed that the tensile strength,transverse tear strength,transverse fracture nominal value and outbid impact quality of DN 50 film were all higher than that of DN 75 film,while the fog degree,the longitudinal tear strength,longitudinal fracture nominal value of DN 50 film were lower than that of DN 75 film.With the increase of blowing ratio,the fog degree,transverse tensile strength,longitudinal tear strength and longitudinal fracture nominal value of the films that were produced under the same conditions all increased and outbid impact quality of the mentioned films all decreased.The crystallinity of DN 50 film were equal to DN 75′s under the same blowing ratio.
