四川省免费艾滋病抗病毒治疗药品供应现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Free HIV/AIDS Antiviral Drugs Supply in Sichuan Province

目的分析四川省艾滋病抗病毒治疗药品供应现状,为保障抗病毒治疗药品安全、合理、持续的供应及提出相关建议。方法通过回顾2014-2018年四川省抗病毒治疗药品供应历史及现状,结合抗病毒治疗特点,总结抗病毒治疗药品供应工作的特殊性及现存问题。结果 2014-2018年四川省艾滋病在治人数增长304.60%,抗病毒治疗药品经费增长110.41%,提供7种药品用于抗病毒治疗。结论科学合理制订年度抗病毒治疗药品计划,建立高效的抗病毒治疗药品供应协调机制和药品应急储备库,提高抗病毒治疗药品分发网络能力。

Objectives To analyze the current status of antiviral drugs supply for HIV/AIDS treatment in Sichuan Province so as to put forward suggestions to ensure the safe,reasonable and sustainable supply of antiviral drugs. Methods By reviewing the history and present situation of antiviral drugs supply in Sichuan province, the specificity and existing problems of antiviral drugs supply are summarized based on the characteristics of antiviral therapy. Results From 2014 to 2018, the number of people receiving treatment for HIV/AIDS increased by 304.60% in Sichuan province,the fund for anti-viral drugs increased by 110.41%, and 7 drugs were provided for anti-viral treatment. Conclusion It is necessary to formulate annual plans for antiviral drugs in a scientific and rational manner,establish an efficient mechanism for coordinating the supply of antiviral drugs and a drug emergency stockpile,and improve the capacity of antiviral drug distribution networks.
