基于智能云随访系统的妇科日间手术术后随访模式的构建 被引量:1

Construction of Postoperative Follow-up Mode of Gynecological Day Surgery Based on Intelligent Cloud Follow-up System

摘要 目的探索构建基于智能云随访系统的日间手术后随访模式。方法根据临床随访要求,设计适宜智能云随访系统的随访方案,执行随访时首先由系统自动推送问卷完成,自动随访失败的再人工发起系统电话或网络在线随访。结果 2019-01/06通过智能云随访系统对254名妇科日间手术后患者共执行725次随访,随访成功率100.00%,系统自动完成随访率按月分别为0、1.77%、43.17%、62.18%、63.96%和84.00%;比较云随访异常情况发生率(6.91%)显著高于人工随访异常情况发生率(5.87%),差异有统计学意义,系统自动随访较人工随访平均每例减少耗时75.67%。结论通过智能云随访系统构建以自动随访为主、人工电话与网络在线随访为辅的日间手术随访模式,患者及临床接受度高,并能有效规避人工疏漏、保障医疗安全,节约人力成本,效果满意。 Objective To explore a scheme used to follow up day-operation patients based cloud follow-up system. Methods Combined with clinical follow-up path, we designed the intelligent follow-up scheme based cloud follow-up system. The follow-up questionnaire was first automatically sent to the patient’s cell phone by the system,if the system failed to automatically follow up,we manually initiated telephone or online follow-up. Results From January to June 2019, a total of254 patients after gynecological day-operation were followed up,and 725 times of follow-up were completed by cloud follow-up system,the success rate of follow-up was 100%,and the automatic follow-up rates were 0,1.77%,43.17%,62.18%,63.96% and 84.00% respectively on a monthly basis. There was no statistically significant difference between the incidence of abnormalities in patients with automatic follow-up(6.91%) and artificial follow-up(5.87%), 100% of the abnormalities were intervened.Compared with the artificial follow-up,the automatic follow-up by the cloud follow-up system reduced the average time of each case by 75.67%. Conclusion The cloud follow-up system was used to design a followup scheme,which was mainly automatic followup,supplemented by artificial telephone and online follow-up in day-operation patients,Patients and health care workers had high acceptance of the scheme, which could effectively avoid artificial omission,ensure medical safety,save labor cost.
