露天矿重车调度的最早卸车法 被引量:2

Earliest dumping method for loaded-truck scheduling in strip mine

摘要 露天矿重车运输阶段占矿车作业周期比例最高,矿车总质量最大且多为上坡行驶,燃油消耗最多,轮胎磨损最严重,开展重车调度方法研究对提高矿山生产率和运输效率具有重要意义。基于空车调度模型中的最早装车法思想,考虑了当前矿车的预计运输距离和待卸时间,提出并建立了最早卸车法重车调度模型。通过FlexSim软件分别建立了仿真模型,分析结果表明:在给定相同参数条件下,最早卸车法与路径动态规划法和产量完成度法相比,其生产率分别提高了8.0%和2.2%,完成单位矿石产量所需要的重车运输距离分别减少了24.5%和31.6%,实现了生产效率和运输效率的双重提升。最早卸车法简单方便、易于使用,有望成为新的露天矿重车调度模型。 In the strip mine,the loaded-truck transport stage accounts for large percentage of the cycle time of the truck operation.During the stage,the truck usually steers uphill with large mass,as well as the fuel consumption and the tire wear are the most serious.Thus,the research on the loaded-truck scheduling is of important significance for the enhancement of the mine productivity and the transport efficiency.Based on the earliest loading idea for the empty-truck scheduling model,and considering the predicted transport distance and waiting time for dumping of the truck currently scheduled,the paper proposed and established the earliest dumping method for loaded-truck scheduling model.FlexSim software was applied to establish the simulation models.Analysis results showed:at the same given parameters,compared with the path dynamic planning method and the production completion method,the earliest dumping method enhanced the productivity 8.0% and 2.2% separately,as well as reduced the loaded-truck transport distance per unit ore production 24.5% and 31.6% separately,so both the productivity and the transport efficiency enhanced.The earliest dumping method was simple,convenient and easy to use,and had potential to become new loaded-truck scheduling model in strip mines.
