Research and design of a control system for transmission device of vertical roller mill

摘要 通过对立式辊磨机传动装置工作原理的分析,提出了立式辊磨机传动装置控制系统的控制要求。采用"可编程序控制器 + 触摸屏"控制技术,完成了立式辊磨机传动装置控制系统的硬件设计、软件设计及人机界面的设计。实际运行结果证明:该控制系统运行可靠,抗干扰能力强,使用简单,维护方便,与立式辊磨机传动装置配套使用,缩短了设备的调试周期,减少了设备的维护工作量,提高了设备的使用灵活性。 Based on the analysis of the working principle of the transmission device of the vertical roller mill,the control requirements of the control system for the transmission device of the vertical roller mill were put forward.The "PLC + touch screen" control technology was applied to complete the hardware design,software design and human-machine interface design of the control system for the transmission device of the vertical roller mill.Actual operation results showed the control system was characterized by stable operation,strong anti-interference ability,simple to use and easy to maintain.Matching with the transmission device of the vertical roller mill,the control system shortened the debugging period,reduced the maintenance duty and enhanced the application flexibility of the vertical roller mill.
