摘要
本文基于285家高新技术企业调研数据,检验了跨界行为与企业创新绩效的关系,知识整合能力的中介作用,以及知识获取和资源损耗的调节作用。实证研究结果表明:跨界行为对企业创新绩效具有显著正向促进作用;跨界行为对知识整合能力具有显著正向促进作用,知识整合能力对企业创新绩效具有显著正向促进作用,知识整合能力在跨界行为与企业创新绩效关系间起中介作用;知识获取正向调节知识整合能力与企业创新绩效之间的关系,资源损耗负向调节知识整合能力与企业创新绩效之间的关系;同时,进一步证实了有调节的中介作用。
Based on the survey data of 285 high and new tech enterprises,this paper examines the relationship between boundary spanning behavior and innovation performance,the mediating effect of knowledge integration capability,and the moderating effect of knowledge acquisition and resource depletion.The empirical results show that:boundary spanning behavior has a positive effect on enterprise innovation performance;boundary spanning behavior has a positive effect on knowledge integration capability;knowledge integration capability has a positive effect on enterprise innovation performance;knowledge integration capability mediates the relationship between boundary spanning behavior and enterprise innovation performance;knowledge acquisition positively moderates the relationship between knowledge integration capability and enterprise innovation performance,and resource depletion negatively moderates the relationship between knowledge integration capability and enterprise innovation performance.At the same time,it further proves that there is a moderating mediating effect.
