城市群生产性服务业集聚对经济增长的空间溢出效应——基于长三角、珠三角和京津冀城市群的比较分析

Spatial Spillover Effect of Producer Services Agglomeration on Economic Growth in Urban Agglomerations:Based on the Comparative Analysis of Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomerations

作为现代产业结构调整的新方向和经济增长的新动力,生产性服务业在城市群集聚发展的趋势日益明显,并成为影响区域经济增长的关键因素。本文基于中国三大城市群的比较分析,考察了生产性服务业集聚及其对区域经济增长的影响。研究结果表明,“珠三角”城市群生产性服务业集聚对本地区和相邻地区经济增长均具有显著的正影响,而“长三角”城市群和“京津冀”城市群生产性服务业集聚对本地区和相邻地区经济增长的影响均不显著。因此,针对各城市群采取不同措施,优化生产性服务业在城市群的集聚发展,是促进区域经济增长的有效途径。

As a new direction of modern industrial restructuring and a new driving force for economic growth,the trend of producer services agglomeration in urban agglomerations is becoming increasingly obvious,and has become a key factor affecting regional economic growth.Based on the comparative analysis of the three major urban agglomerations in China,this paper examines the agglomeration of producer services and its impact on regional economic growth.The results show that,in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration,producer services agglomeration has a significant positive impact on economic growth in both the region and adjacent areas.While in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and Beijing Tianjin Hebei urban agglomeration,the agglomeration of producer services has no significant impact on economic growth in either the region or adjacent areas.Therefore,it is necessary for different urban agglomeration to take different measures to optimize the agglomeration of producer services,which is also an effective way to promote regional economic growth.
