五禽戏对类风湿关节炎患者疾病活动及其生活质量的影响

The influence of Wuqinxi on disease activity and quality of life of the rheumatoid arthritis patients

目的探讨五禽戏对类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者疾病活动度、日常生活能力及抑郁焦虑心理的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月安徽省亳州市人民医院收治的RA患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和五禽戏组(50例),对照组给予常规干预措施(稳定剂量的糖皮质激素及缓解病情抗风湿药物),五禽戏组在对照组基础上实施每天2次,每次30 min的五禽戏锻炼,随访2个月后,比较分析2组患者的疾病活动度DAS28、日常生活能力和抑郁焦虑评分等指标。结果随访2个月后2组患者的DAS28评分,差异无统计学意义(4.01±1.47 vs. 4.23±1.56,P>0.05),五禽戏组日常生活能力评分明显优于对照组(96.2±7.9 vs. 89.1±8.7,P<0.001),五禽戏组焦虑评分和抑郁评分均优于对照组(46.8±10.8 vs. 59.3±11.2,0.48±0.19 vs. 0.57±0.20,均P<0.001),五禽戏组生活质量量表中身体评分、心理评分、社会评分高于对照组(95.8±10.7 vs. 88.9±10.1、90.5±6.7 vs. 80.6±9.8、89.1±9.0 vs. 82.3±9.6,均P<0.001)。结论练习五禽戏干预RA患者,对其病情活动度影响不大,但可改善RA患者的日常生活能力,降低其焦虑抑郁评分,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of Wuqinxi on disease activity level,activity of daily living and self-rating depression and anxiety scale of the rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients.Methods Total 100 patients with RA admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and Wuqinxi group(50 cases).The control group was given routine interventions(stable dose of glucocorticoid and remission of disease anti-rheumatic drugs),and the Wuqinxi group was given Wuqinxi twice a day for 30 minutes on the basis of the routine interventions.After 2 months of follow-up,the disease activity DAS28,activity of daily living,self-rating depression and anxiety scale of the two groups were analyzed.Results Total 100 patients with RA admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and Wuqinxi group(50 cases).The control group was given routine interventions(stable dose of glucocorticoid and remission of disease anti-rheumatic drugs),and the Wuqinxi group was given Wuqinxi twice a day for 30 minutes on the basis of the routine interventions.After 2 months of follow-up,the disease activity DAS28,activity of daily living,self-rating depression and anxiety scale of the two groups were analyzed.Conclusion The application of Wuqinxi in RA patients does not cause aggravation of disease activity,but it can improve patients’activity of daily living,anxiety and depression scores,and quality of life.
