基于RGB向量空间图像分割技术在病理定量分析中的应用

Application of RGB-space image segmentation in quantitative pathology analysis

目的探讨图像定量分析技术在病理诊断中的应用价值。方法以肾间质纤维化IHC病理切片为例,采用图像分析的定量技术,对病理诊断中的免疫组化特异性显色图像进行定量计算,计算其阳性染色的面积。结果 IHC病理指标α-SAM阳性染色面积比递增,分别是0. 143%(第0天,未见阳性)、7. 36%(第2天,阳性+)、12. 17%(第4天,阳性++)、22. 03%(第6天,阳性+++)。结论相比传统的病理诊断定性分析,病理图像分析的定量结果更客观、准确。

Objective In this paper,we study the value of quantitative image analysis in pathological diagnosis. Methods Taking IHC pathological sections of renal interstitial fibrosis as an example,quantitative analysis of immunohistochemically specific color images in pathological diagnosis was performed and the positive staining area was calculated. Results The histopathological indexes of IHC showed an increasing area ratio of α-sam positive staining,which was 0. 143%(0 day,no positive staining),7. 36%(2 days,positive+),12. 17%(4 days,positive + +),and 22. 03%(6 days,positive + + +),respectively. Conclusions Compared with the traditional qualitative analysis of pathological diagnosis,the quantitative results from proposed pathological images analysis are more objective,accurate and repeatable. This study demonstrated that the method has a broad application prospect in biomedical image analysis.
