超声波清洗在腹腔镜器械清洁管理中的应用

Application of Ultrasonic Cleaning in the Management of Laparoscopic Instruments

目的探讨超声波在腹腔镜器械清洗管理中的应用.方法选择手术室进行腹腔镜操作后的医疗器械共计200套,分为超声组(超声波+多酶溶液清洗)和对照组(传统手工+多酶溶液清洗).通过直视目测法、放大镜目测法、菌落数检测法、特殊棉签法、ATP生物检测法评价腹腔镜器械清洁合格率.结果与对照组相比,超声组清洁合格率明显升高(P<0.05),尤其是在手工难以清洁到的凹凸槽、咬合齿等狭窄转折处.结论超声波加多酶溶液在腹腔镜清洗中运用可弥补手工清洗的不足,显示出明显优势.

Objective To investigate the application of ultrasonic cleaning in the management of laparoscopic instruments.Methods A total of 200 sets of laparoscopic instruments were divided into the ultrasonic group(ultrasonic+multi-enzyme solution cleaning)and the control group(manual+multi-enzyme solution cleaning).The qualified rates of laparoscopic instruments were evaluated by direct vision,magnifying glass,bacterial count,special cotton swabs and ATP bioassay.Results Compared with the control group,the clean qualified rate of the ultrasonic group was significantly higher(P<0.05),especially in narrow grooves and occlusal teeth,which were difficult to be cleaned manually.Conclusion Ultrasound plus multi-enzyme solution cleaning improve the cleaning quality,in comparison of manual cleaning.
