血浆胶体渗透压的测量及其临床应用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 血浆胶体渗透压(pCOP)具有调节血管内外水平衡,维持血容量的能力.它主要靠白蛋白维持,还会受血管通透性、pH、温度等的影响.但是目前尚无测量pCOP的金标准.相较于间接测量法,应用血浆胶体渗透压仪直接测量pCOP可以更快速准确地测得可靠值. Plasma colloid osmotic pressure(pCOP)has an ability to regulate blood flow inside and outside the blood vessels and maintain blood volume.It is mainly dependent on albumin,but also affected by vascular permeability,pH,temperature and so on.However,there is no gold standard for the measurement of pCOP.Compared with indirectly measurement,directly measuring pCOP by plasma colloid osmometer could be more quickly and accurately.
