摘要
设计了3层抗菌保暖面料。面料的组织结构分为3层,内层由吸湿发热纤维织制而成,穿着时没有冷湿感,舒适感好;中间层为保暖层,使用中空腈纶,蓬松柔和、轻巧;外层由天丝纤维和涤纶交织而成,挺括美观,耐用性能好。使用下接上的接结方式接结,接结组织在表层形成山形图案,通过拉绒和适宜的纤维混纺比等工艺,进一步提升了面料的保暖功能。
The antibacterial warm fabric with 3-layer structure is designed.The inner layer is made of moisture-absorption and heat-generating fibers,which has no cold and wet feeling and good comfort in wearing;The middle layer is a thermal layer,which used hollow acrylic fibers.The middle layer is required to be fluffy,soft and lightweight;The outer layer is interwoven with Tencel and polyester fiber,which is beautiful and durable.The layers are jointed with the bonding mode of the down-to-up joint and the bonding tissue formed a hill pattern on the surface.The thermal retention function of the fabric can be further improved by velveting process and suitable fiber blending ratio.
