质量管理视角下公共图书馆理事会组建实践研究——以安徽省图书馆为例

Research on the Establishment of Public Library Council from the Perspective of Quality Management:Taking Anhui Provincial Library as an Example

随着公益性文化事业单位改革的深化,公共图书馆越来越迫切地需要深入推进法人治理结构建设,以促进事业单位体制机制的创新。本文通过对现有文献进行可视化分析及部分公共图书馆理事会组建情况的比较研究,分析了安徽省图书馆理事会组建过程,阐述如何在组建过程中运用ISO质量管理思想构建高效的理事会组建模式,探讨理事会组建过程存在的现实困境及持续改进的策略。

With the deepening of the reform of public welfare cultural institutions, it is more and more urgent for public libraries to further promote the construction of corporate governance structure. Through the visual analysis of the existing literature and the comparative study of the establishment of some public library councils, this paper analyzes the formation process of the Anhui Provincial Library Council and explains how to use the ISO quality management ideas to build an efficient board formation during the formation process. Models and explore the real dilemmas and strategies for continuous improvement in the formation of the Board.
