摘要 目前节能减排成为汽车工业面临的重大挑战。白车身轻量化也已成为汽车行业重要的研究课题,是整车降低油耗的有效途径,文章主要阐述车身轻量化评价指标、实现车身减重有效途径。在零部件结构设计时,可以从提高牌号降低零件厚度、集成化设计思路、合理设计减重孔、调整焊接边尺寸及形状、多种材料混合车身等方面进行设计,进而实现白车身减重。 At present, energy conservation and emission reduction has become a major challenge for the automobile industry. Lightweight of body-in-white has become an important research topic in the automobile industry, and it is also an effective way to reduce fuel consumption of the whole vehicle. This paper mainly expounds the evaluation index of lightweight of body-in-white and the effective way to realize the lightening of body-in-white. In the structural design, the design can be carried out from the aspects of improving the brand and reducing the thickness of parts, integrating the design idea, rationally designing the weight reduction holes, adjusting the size and shape of welding edges, multi-material mixed body, etc., so as to realize weight of body-in-white.
