尾灯周边外观配合的影响要素非常多,包括设计结构、单品精度、总成精度、车身精度、装配精度等,这些各汽车制造公司都已作为品质要点进行了管理,即便如此,仍无法完全保证尾灯周边外观配合,文章在上述常规要点管控基础上,基于设计配合结构、定位基准、制造工艺等多方面,分析了3项影响外观配合的关键要素。实践表明,解决这3项关键要素,能有效提高尾灯周边外观配合问题点的解决效率及品质稳定性。

There are many factors to inflect the appearance surrounding the tail lights, including the designing of a single product structure, parts accuracy, component parts accuracy, body accuracy and assembly accuracy. These factors have been used as the key points of quality management in the car manufacturing companies. Even so, it still can not fully guarantee the appearance surrounding the taillights. Except for these conventional control points, in this article, we have research the 3 key elements about the designing structure, locating datum and manufacturing process, which affect the appearance of the tail lights. Research shows that the solution of these 3 key elements, can effectively improve the problem-solving efficiency and quality stability about the appearance surrounding tail lights.
