摘要
文章选取了一种典型的商用车前下部防护结构,通过对前下部防护法规解读,根据其结构形式要求及实验要求建立有限元模型,利用Hyper Mesh、LS-DYNA、HyperView等工具,通过加载与某实际工况完全相同的变形力,以验证前下部防护装置结构的强度能否满足实际工况需求,评价其设计的合理性,旨在提供一种前下部防护碰撞分析研究方法。
In this paper, a typical commercial vehicle front underrun protection is selected. Through the interpretation of the regulation of underrun protection, according the requirement of the structure and experiment to set up the finite element analysis mode, By using Hyper Mesh, LS-DYNA, HyperView and other tools, By loading the same deformation force as an actual working condition to verify whether the strength of front underrun protection can meet the actual working conditions. Evaluate the rationality of its structural design, Aim to provide a method for collision analysis and research of front underrun protection structure.
