摘要 文章主要研究A341自动变速器动力传动机构:换挡执行元件和行星齿轮机构。综合运用Solidworks、ADAMS进行A341自动变速器机械传动机构的建模和系统动力学仿真,确定不同档位的传动路线,进行运动学仿真,通过转速仿真确定模型的正确性,分析不同档位的受力及fft变换,确定不同零部件的受力、振动情况,为自动变速器动力传动系统提供研究方法、为零部件的改进提供依据。 This paper studies mainly the power transmission mechanism of A341 automatic transmission: Shift actuating element and planetary gear mechanism. This paper uses of Solidworks and ADAMS comprehensive for the model of mechanical transmission and the system dynamics simulation, This paper determines the different gear transmission route, and through speed simulation to determine the correctness of the model, This paper analysis the stress of the different gear transform and fft, and determines the force of the different components, so this paper provides a research method for automatic transmission powertrain, it provides the basis for the improvement of parts, this paper puts forward to improve the feasibility of the scheme.
