摘要
主机厂生产过程中,涂装过程作为VOCs排放的重要源头,受到各级政府、社会和企业的重点关注,企业在如何满足政府法规的要求前提下,降低生产制造成本,同时又能满足客户应用需求是一个需要重点研究的课题。目前国内农用车、汽车行业仍有大量的传统溶剂型工艺涂装工艺生产线,VOCs产生量及排放量偏高。文章将介绍在农用车传统溶剂型涂装老线的基础上进行环保改造的方案及其1C1B水性漆工艺应用案例,目前已在山东五征集团农用车事业部货箱涂装线顺利实施,并收到了很好的使用效果,为行业提供了一种相对低成本的环保型涂装改造解决方案。
As an important source of VOCs emission in the production process of main engine plants, the coating process has attracted the attention of governments, society and enterprises at all levels. It is a key research topic for enterprises to reduce the production cost and meet the application requirements of customers while meeting the requirements of government regulations.At present, there are still a large number of traditional solvent coating production lines in domestic agricultural vehicles and automobile industries, and the production and emission of VOCs are relatively high. Will be introduced in this paper on the basis of the old traditional solvent-based coating line agricultural environmental renovation plan and application case 1 c1 b water-based paint technology has now been 5) group in shandong province agriculture department crate coating line smooth implementation, and received very good use effect, provides industry with a relatively low cost and environmentally friendly plan.
