摘要
乘用车外饰件中,除了车身本体为金属材质外,其余的保险杠、门板、门槛、导流板等各种外饰件,主要为塑料基材,其中汽车用改性聚丙烯(PP)材料的应用最为广泛。由于PP料的油漆附着力远低于金属材料,为了满足油漆性能需求,目前市面上主流的欧系汽车如大众、宝马、奔驰等公司,保险杠等外饰件需要在火焰处理后才能喷涂底漆、色漆与清漆,从而确保油漆附着力达标。火焰处理工序如何处理,才能达到效果最优化?文章在这里进行了探讨,确认了燃气空气混合比,处理的速度,火焰与工件的距离等关键因素,从而确保火焰处理效果达到最优化。
Most of the automotive exterior parts like bumper,rocker panel and spoiler use plastic material like PP,which have much lower surface extension than metallic material.In order to reach the demand of paint performance,the mainly automobile company like SVW/BMW/BENZ all do the flaming on the exterior parts before paint the primer,basecoat and clearcoat.How to make the flaming process to get the best performance?This thesis will make the introduction on the key points like speed,the ratio between gas and air,TCP,and so on.
