摘要
随着中国汽车市场和汽车工业体系的逐步成熟,市场增长放缓,导致市场竞争俞发激烈。在竞争如此激烈的环境下,为了抢占市场,汽车企业新产品的投放及升级换代节奏会越来越快,如何缩短整车开发周期、降低开发成本成为自主车企存亡的关键[1]。基于平台开发的汽车研发模式大大提高了零件的通用化程度,降低了开发、生产制造成本,缩减了零件验证周期,平台化战略已成为自主品牌未来生存的关键所在[2]。在此背景下,文章主要阐述了通用化作为整车平台开发的关键指标,通过研究通用化率指标的计算方法,得到客观量化的数据反映平台通用化程度。
As Chinese automobile market and industry is getting more and more mature, the market increase has become slower, which makes the competition more and more fierce. In order to get a greater market share in such a competitive environment,automobile companies have to develop new product faster and faster. Therefore the key to survive in this competition is to shorten time and reduce cost of new product development. The platform-oriented vehicle development model increases component commonality and decreases vehicle development cost, production cost and component verification&validation duration greatly. Platform strategy has beacome the key to Chinese domestic auto brands’ survival. This article describes the commonalization rate, a key metrics of platform development. By researching on the mettrics calculation,the objective and quantitative data to value the platform commonality is gotten.
