摘要
油漆车间作为整车厂的能源消耗主体,车间的能源管理较为重要。随着数字化技术和工业4.0的不断推进和发展,油漆车间能源管理系统通过大量的能源计量仪表和网络技术实现能源耗量的有效计量,同时结合大数据技术,可实现能源消耗预测和耗量异常的分析功能。能源智能化管理系统可有效指导车间的能源管理,减少能耗浪费,辅助工厂的生产管理。
As the main body of energy consumption in the vehicle factory, the energy management of the paintshop is more important. With the continuous promotion and development of digital technology and industry 4.0, the energy management system of paintshop realizes the statistical report of energy consumption by a large number of energy instruments and network technology. Meanwhile, combined with big data technology, it can effectively predict energy consumption and analyze abnormal consumption. The intelligent energy management system can effectively guide the energy management of the paintshop, reduce the waste of energy consumption, and assist the production management of the factory.
