摘要
整车开发是一项庞大的工程。载货汽车以载货为主要功能,其构造和性能要求与乘用车不同,根据产品定位及客户群体需求,会衍生出众多车型。文章研究目的是通过对载货汽车结构变化情况进行分析,根据开发难度确定项目大小等级,从而采用不同开发流程;文章运用了项目分级的方法,最终使开发周期得到量化,从而细化了开发流程、提高了开发效率。
Vehicle development is a huge project. The main function of truck is to carry goods, and its structure and performance requirements are different from those of passenger cars. According to the product positioning and customer group requirements, there will be many models derived. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structural changes of trucks, determine the size and grade of projects according to the difficulty of development, so as to adopt different development processes;the paper uses the method of project classification to quantify the development cycle, so as to refine the development process and improve the development efficiency.
