腺苷脱氨酶抑制剂可抑制体内腺苷及其类似物在体内分解,具有较好抗肿瘤、抗病毒等活性的一类化合物。本文就腺苷脱氨酶抑制剂的研究及发展概况进行了综述,并对其前景进行了展望。

Adenosine deaminase inhibitors can inhibit the decomposition of adenosine and its analogs,and have good antitumor,antiviral and other activities.The research and development of adenosine deaminase inhibitors are reviewed in this article,and their prospects are further explored.
