摘要
颅脑外伤多在车祸、坠落或其他事故中发生,是由外力造成人体大脑功能改变的一系列疾病,可分为轻型、中型及重型颅脑外伤。颅脑外伤所致的颅内功能改变常导致颅内压(ICP)升高,进而引起脑疝,严重威胁颅脑外伤患者的生命安全,因此颅内压是神经外科医师救治重型颅脑外伤患者的关键指标,颅内压监测为重型颅脑外伤患者的预后提供了技术保障,具有重要的临床意义。本文主要就颅内压监测发展史、病理生理基础、监测方法、应用指征、新趋势等进行综述,旨在临床救治重型颅脑外伤患者提供帮助。
Craniocerebral trauma mostly occurs in car accidents,falls or other accidents.It is a series of diseases caused by external forces that change the function of the human brain.It can be divided into light,medium,and severe head trauma.Changes in intracranial function caused by craniocerebral trauma often lead to increased intracranial pressure(ICP),which in turn causes cerebral hernia,which seriously threatens the life safety of patients with craniocerebral trauma,so intracranial pressure is a neurosurgeon to treat patients with severe craniocerebral trauma The key indicator of intracranial pressure monitoring provides technical support for the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral trauma,and has important clinical significance.This article reviews the development history,pathophysiological basis,monitoring methods,application indications,and new trends of intracranial pressure monitoring,aiming to provide clinical treatment for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.
