自身免疫性肝病的影像学诊治现状

Current Status of Imaging Diagnosis and Treatment of Autoimmune Liver Disease

影像学检查是诊断自身免疫性肝病的重要方法,可反映不同疾病状态下肝脏的形态、密度/信号以及与周围组织器官关系。另外,影像学检查结合血清学、病理学检查还可对肝脏疾病的进程、治疗及转归进行评估。本文主要综述不同影像学方法在自身免疫性肝病诊断和治疗中的应用现状,旨在为临床对此类患者的精准分期、治疗提供参考依据。

Imaging examination is an important method for diagnosing autoimmune liver diseases,which can reflect the liver morphology,density/signal and relationship with surrounding tissues and organs in different disease states.Inaddition,imaging examination combined with serological and pathological examination can also evaluate the progress,treatment and outcome of liver disease.This article mainly reviews the current status of the application of different imaging methods in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune liver diseases,and aims to provide a reference for the clinical staging and treatment of such patients.
