艾司奥美拉唑联合甘桔冰梅片治疗反流性咽喉炎的疗效

Efficacy of Esomeprazole Combined with Ganju Bingmei Tablets in the Treatment of Reflux Pharyngitis

目的探讨艾司奥美拉唑联合甘桔冰梅片治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月~2019年7月我院收治的135例咽喉反流性疾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为单独治疗组(67例)和联合治疗组(68例)。单纯治疗组仅口服艾司奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗,联合治疗组在单独治疗组基础上联合甘桔冰梅片治疗,比较两组治疗前后咽喉反流症状指数评分量表(RSI)、反流体征评分量表(RFS)及治疗有效率。结果治疗后4、8周,两组RSI、RFS评分较治疗前降低,联合治疗组RFS、RSI评分低于单独治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组总有效率为94.12%,高于单纯治疗组的91.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组不良反应发生率低于单独治疗组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑联合甘桔冰梅片治疗反流性咽喉炎疗效确切,可有效改善临床症状,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Esomeprazole combined with Ganju Bingmei tablets in the treatment of reflux pharyngitis.Methods A total of 135 patients with throat reflux disease admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into a simple treatment group(67 cases)and a combined treatment group(68 cases)according to the random number table method.The simple treatment group only received oral administration of Esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets,and the combined treatment group was combined with the Ganju Bingmei tablets on the basis of the simple treatment group.The throat reflux symptom index score scale(RSI),Reflux Sign Rating Scale(RFS)and treatment effectiveness.Results At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the RSI and RFS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment.The RFS and RSI scores of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the single treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the combination treatment group was 94.12%,higher than 91.04%in the simple treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the single treatment group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole combined with Ganju Bingmei Tablets has definite curative effect on the treatment of reflux pharyngitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
