注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗小儿难治性癫痫发作的疗效及成本-效果研究

Therapeutic effects and cost effectiveness of Jinlujie in treatment of the intractable epilepsy seizure in children

目的研究注射用鼠神经生长因子(金路捷)对难治性癫痫患儿发作频率及成本-效果的影响。方法难治性癫痫患儿共260例随机分成A、B、C组,A组50例采用常规抗癫痫治疗方案,B组52例患者采用生酮饮食治疗,C组158例患者在抗癫痫药物治疗的基础上联合金路捷治疗。观察3组治疗6个月后的疗效、平均发作频率、社会适应能力评分和智商(IQ)变化,并进行成本-效果分析。结果C组患儿治疗6个月后的治疗总有效率较A、B组的明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患儿治疗6个月后的平均发作频率较A、B组的明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患儿治疗后的社会适应能力评分和IQ明显优于A、B组(P<0.05);C组患儿治疗的成本-效果比明显优于A、B组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用金路捷治疗方案可有效地增强难治性癫痫患儿的临床疗效,缓解患儿的癫痫发作等症状,具有较高的经济价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of mouse nerve growth factor for injection(Jinlujie)on seizure frequency and cost effectiveness in treatment of intractable epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 260 children patients with intractable epilepsy who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2011 to May 2019 were randomly divided into group A(n=50),gourp B(n=52)and group C(n=158).The patients in group A were treated by routine anti-epileptic therapeutic scheme,and the patients in group B were treated by ketogenic diet,however the patients in group C were treated by Jinlujie on the basis of anti-epileptic drug therapy.After 6-month treatment,the curative effects,average seizure frequency,social adaptability scores and IQ changes were observed and compared among the three groups,moreover the cost effectiveness was analyzed.Results After 6-month treatment,the total effective rate in group C was significantly higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05),however the average seizure frequency in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Moreover the scores of social adaptability and IQ in group C were superior to those in group A and group B(P<0.05).In addition the cost effectiveness in group C were significantly better than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Jinlujie therapeutic scheme can effectively improve the clinical effects in treatment of intractable epilepsy in children,alleviate the symptoms of epileptic seizure,it is of higher economic value.
