信息情感支持对难治性肾病患儿主要照顾者负性情绪及坚韧性的影响

Effects of information and emotional support on the negative emotions and robustness of primary caregiver for children with refractory kidney disease

目的探讨信息情感支持对难治性肾病患儿主要照顾者负性情绪及坚韧性的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年9月南京医科大学附属儿童医院肾脏内科儿科收治难治性肾病患儿180例及1名主要照顾者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组90例。对照组对主要照顾者给予常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理基础上给予信息情感支持干预。分别于干预前和干预6个月评价主要照顾者负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、疾病不确定感及家庭坚韧性。结果干预6个月,2组患儿主要照顾者SAS、SDS、疾病不确定感得分较干预前明显降低,家庭坚韧性显著提升(P<0.05),其中研究组SAS、SDS、疾病不确定感得分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家庭坚韧性得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息情感支持干预能有效降低难治性肾病患儿主要照顾者负性情绪、疾病不确定感,提升主要照顾者的坚韧性。

Objective To investigate the effects of information and emotional support on the negative emotions and robustness of primary caregiver for children with refractory kidney diseas.Methods A total of 180 children patients with refractory kidney diseases who were treated in our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 and 1 primary caregiver were enrolled as research subjects,who were divided into research group(n=90)and control group(n=90)according to the random number table method.The main caregiver in control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in research group were given information and emotional support intervention based on routine care.The negative emotions,uncertainty of illness,and family robustness of primary caregiver before intervention and at 6 months after intervention were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 6-month intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS,and disease uncertainty in main caregivers in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention,and the family robustness was significantly improved(P<0.05),in which,the scores of SAS,SDS,and disease uncertainty in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The family robustness scores in resarch group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The information and emotional support intervention can effectively relieve the negative emotions and disease uncertainty of the main caregivers of children with refractory kidney diseases,and can improve the robustness of the main caregivers.
