中国体育法学实用主义研究路径探析

A preliminary approach to the pragmatic study of sports law in China

基于实用主义视角,针对我国体育法学研究中存在的实证研究不足、推进策略实操性不强等问题,以可视化分析及数理统计为手段,对我国体育法学研究的现状进行剖析。研究认为,中国体育法学应加强实证研究,促进跨界融合,积极主动借鉴先进经验,探索适合中国体制的体育法学研究之路。

Based on pragmatic perspective and in view of the problems that China sports law empirical research is insufficient and the advancing strategy is not strong,this paper analyzes the current situation of sports law research in China by means of mathematical statistics and visual analysis.It suggests that Chinese sports law should strengthen the empirical research,promote the cross-border integration,actively draw lessons from advanced experience and explore suitable for China's system of sports law research.
