摘要
目的:探讨超低温身体机能恢复系统对柔道运动员大负荷训练期疲劳消除的作用。方法:以30名山东省男子柔道运动员为研究对象,随机分为两组:超低温冷疗恢复组(WBC组)和对照组(CON组)。在两周的大负荷训练中,WBC组利用超低温身体机能恢复系统进行恢复,CON组自然恢复。结果:1)两组主观疲劳感觉(RPE)的变化趋势基本一致。但与CON组相比,WBC组第4,5,8,9,11天的RPE显著降低(P<0.05)。2)WBC组肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)基础值高于CON组但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CON组在两周大负荷训练后CK和BUN略有降低,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),WBC组CK显著降低45.65%(P<0.001),BUN降低9.18%(P>0.05),但无统计学意义。3)WBC组睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)基础值低于CON组但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CON组在两周大负荷训练后T、C无显著性变化(P>0.05),WBC组T显著升高17.74%(P<0.001)、C值显著降低10.3%(P<0.05)。结论:两周的大负荷训练中,超低温冷疗能显著降低柔道运动员大负荷训练后运动员的RPE,显著降低CK、BUN,显著提高T含量,降低血清C含量。超低温全身冷疗技术在减轻运动员疲劳方面具有较好的作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of ultra-low temperature body function recovery system on the elimination of fatigue in heavy load training period of judo athletes.Methods:30 male judo athletes from Shandong province were randomly divided into two groups:whole body cryotherapy(WBC group)and control group(CON group).During the 2-week heavy load training,WBC group used the ultra-low temperature body function recovery system for recovery,while CON group recovered naturally.Results:1)The change trend of subjective fatigue feeling(RPE)in the two groups is basically the same.However,compared with CON group,RPE in WBC group decreased significantly on the 4th,5th,8th,9th and 11th days(P<0.05).2)The baselines of CK and BUN in WBC group were higher than those in CON group,but they had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After two weeks of heavy load training,CK and BUN in the CON group decreased slightly,but there were no statistical significance(P>0.05).CK in the WBC group significantly decreased by 45.65%(P<0.001),and BUN decreased by 9.18%(P>0.05),with no statistical significance.3)The baselines of T and C in WBC group were lower than those in CON group but had no statistical significance(P>0.05).There were no significant changes in T and C in CON group after two weeks of heavy load training(P>0.05).T in WBC group increased by 17.74%(P<0.001),while C decreased by 10.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion:In two weeks of heavy training,whole-body cold therapy can significantly reduce the RPE of judo athletes,significantly reduce CK,BUN,significantly increase T content and reduce serum C content.Whole-body cold therapy technology plays a better role in relieving fatigue and physical recovery of athletes.
