摘要
通过模拟当前燃料棒压力电阻塑形焊接工艺在生产中可能出现的各种异常情况:焊接参数异常、焊接设备状态异常、零部件沾污、气氛沾污、母材异常,对压力电阻塑形焊接的常见缺陷(氧化色类缺陷与焊缝成型不良类缺陷)的产生机理与其对焊缝性能的影响进行了研究,得出一系列关于缺陷成因及防范措施方面的有效结论,对预防缺陷发生,保证焊接质量有积极的作用。
Abnormal condition tests(including component contamination,atmosphere contamition,welding machine abnormal)have been performed to study the influence of abnormal condition to the welding.Through a series of tests,a series of valid conclusion have been concluded.The conclusions will be helpful to prevent the occur of welding defects and the improvement the welding quality.
