核电厂中压安注泵功能性试验后异常磨损原因分析

摘要 某核电厂设备采购制造期间,中压安注泵进行功能性试验后拆解发现叶轮密封环和轴套异常磨损问题,通过对设计、制造、装配、试验等过程进行全面排查后发现装配工序中静挠度测量方法错误,针对静挠度测量问题进行分析,并提出相应后续关注点。 During the procurement and manufacturing of a nuclear power plant,disassembling the mediumpressure safety inject pump after functional test,it found that the impeller seal ring and shaft sleeve had abnormal wear.After a comprehensive investigation of the design,manufacturing,assembly and testing processes,the development of the static deflection measurement method in the assembly process was wrong.Analyze the problem of static deflection measurement and put forward corresponding follow-up points.
