对核岛安装工程“点”系统的优化和建立“工时”系统探讨

摘要 "点"作为核岛安装工程进度测量系统已在各核电项目广泛应用。但随着管理水平的提高和多种类型项目应用需求,"点"系统自身在对基础数据信息的需求、进度阶段划分及其比例、劳动效率分析、总体进度完成百分比等方面以及拓展应用到施工人力需求、进度预判、成本监控等方面存在一定的局限性。本文对"点"系统存在的不足进行分析、提出了优化和改进方案,对建立具备中国自主知识产权特征的进度测量系统--"工时"系统进行了探讨。 "Point"has been widely used in various nuclear power projects as a progress measurement system for nuclear island installation projects.However,with the improvement of management level and the application requirements of various types of projects,there are certain limitations exist in the"point"system itself in terms of the requirements for basic data information,the division and proportion of progress stages,the analysis of labor efficiency,the percentage of overall progress completion,the expansion of its application to the construction manpower requirements,the progress prediction,and cost monitoring,etc.In this paper,the limitations of the"point"system are analyzed,optimization and improvement schemes are put forward,and the establishment of a progress measurement system with China’s independent intellectual property rights--the"manhour"system is discussed.
