混动系统在掘进机截割部的选型及应用

摘要 针对传统掘进机截割部传动系统在实际生产中截割效率低、成形质量差的问题,将混动系统应用于掘进机截割部中,完成混动系统能力的传递方案和关键传动系统机械和液压分系统的选型,并基于AMESim和Simulink软件对混动系统在截割部的应用效果进行仿真分析。应用效果表明:在载荷突变工况下,截割电机输出扭矩在1 s内完成调整并恒定于突变前的扭矩,液压马达根据载荷的突变大小完成成比例的突变。 Aiming at the problems of low cutting efficiency and poor forming quality of traditional roadheader cutting part transmission system in actual production, the mixing system is applied to the cutting part of roadheader to complete the transfer scheme of mixing system capability and the selection of key transmission system mechanical and hydraulic subsystem, and the application effect of mixing system in cutting part is simulated and analyzed based on AMESim and Simulink software. Application results show that the output torque of the cutting motor is adjusted within 1 s and the torque before the sudden change is constant.
