摘要
利用PEO/E三维软件建立了刮板输送机中部槽的三维模型,通过MSC.Marc有限元软件对其进行了静力学分析,基于分析结果将中部槽的挡板上平面宽度和底板厚度分别降低至80 mm和15 mm。计算结果表明:优化后的中部槽结构整体受力更加均匀,最大应力值降低,整体质量也降低,在实践中取得了较好的效果。
This paper uses PEO/E three-dimensional software to establish a three-dimensional model of the central groove of the scraper conveyor. The MSC.Marc finite element software is used to perform a static analysis. Based on the analysis results, the upper plane width and the bottom plate of the central groove were reduced to 80 mm and 15 mm,respectively. The calculation results show that the overall stress of the optimized middle slot structure is more uniform,the maximum stress value is reduced, and the overall quality is also reduced. The optimization scheme in this paper has achieved good results in practice and created good economic benefits for the enterprise.
