摘要
以COG工艺的发展认识为前提,以中电科风华信息装备股份有限公司研制的全自动COG邦定机中的自动对位预压执行机构为研究对象,针对其高精度要求,通过对其动作流程具体分解,分析出设计所需注意点,系统并详尽地对其关键之旋转机构设计优势及使用原理进行了分析研究,同时对自动对位预压执行机构的误差源进行了分析阐述,结合设备在客户现场的实际生产情况,可为今后全自动COG邦定机研制水平的提升提供很重要的参考价值。
Based on the understanding of the development of COG technol ogy and the automatic counter-position preloading actuator developed by Zhongdian Fenghua Information Equipment Co., Ltd., according to its high-precision requirements, this paper analyzes the points of attention needed for the design by decomposing its action flow,systematically and thoroughly analyzes the design advantages and application principles of its key rotating mechanism,and analyzes and expounds the error sources of the automatic counter-position preloading actuator, which can provide very important reference value for the development level of automatic COG bonding machine in the future.
