摘要
分析了液力缓速器的结构、制动原理和冷却方式,并将其在整车上进行匹配设计。商用车变速箱匹配液力缓速器不仅可有效延长行车制动系统寿命,改善轮胎磨损,降低车辆维修费用,还可提高车辆驾乘的安全性和舒适性,降低行车过程中交通事故的发生率。
The structure, braking principle and cooling mode of hydraulic retarder are analyzed, and the matching design is carried out on the whole vehicle. Commercial vehicle gearbox matching hydraulic retarder can not only effectively prolong the life of driving brake system, improve tire wear, reduce vehicle maintenance costs, but also improve the safety and comfort of vehicle driving, and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents during driving.
