摘要
针对DSP-1080/1000可伸式带式输送机在煤矿机械化掘进过程中皮带机尾发生严重跑偏现象的问题,设计了新型皮带机尾自动调偏装置,对该装置的结构和工作原理进行了分析,实践应用效果理想,通过控制电路对跑偏皮带进行调节,而且设置了皮带跑偏采样结构,可以自动根据皮带跑偏程度进行在线调节,提高了生产效率。
In view of the serious deviation phenomenon in the tail of belt conveyor during mechanized driving of coal mine, a new type of belt conveyor tail automatic deviation adjusting device is designed, the structure and working principle of the device are analyzed, the practical application effect is ideal, the deviation belt is adjusted by the control circuit, and the belt deviation sampling structure is set up, which can be automatically adjusted online according to the deviation degree of belt running, and the production efficiency is improved.
