基于转矩平衡的带式输送机均衡驱动控制系统的研究

摘要 为了解决长距离、大运量、高带速带式输送机因工作时各驱动电机协调性差而导致其负载功率差异性大、驱动电机使用寿命低、输送机运行过程中稳定性差的难题,根据输送机驱动系统的工作原理,提出了一种基于转矩平衡的带式输送机均衡驱动控制系统。对该系统的工作原理、结构和仿真情况进行了分析。结果表明:在转矩平衡控制系统的作用下,从动电机的速度变化曲线沿着主动电机的速度变化曲线波动,其波动量在0.8%以内,整个过程具有较高的均衡性和稳定性。 In order to solve the problem of poor coordination of each drive motor in long distance, large capacity and high belt speed belt conveyor, the load power difference is large, the service life of drive motor is low, and the stability of conveyor is poor and its load power difference, drive motor service life is low, conveyor running process stability is poor. According to the working principle of conveyor drive system, a balanced drive control system of belt conveyor based on torque balance is proposed.The results show that under the action of torque balance control system, the speed change curve of driven motor fluctuates along the speed change curve of active motor, and its fluctuation is within0.8%, and the whole process has high equilibrium and stability.
