摘要
基于ADAMS软件建立了带式输送机仿真模型,对皮带跑偏现象进行了研究。结果发现:当托辊或滚筒轴线与皮带中心线不垂直时,会出现皮带跑偏现象,随皮带张紧力的减小、运行速度的增大,皮带跑偏现象变得更加严重;随着调心托辊偏转角度的增大其纠偏性能先逐渐升高而后开始逐渐降低;随着皮带与调心托辊间正压力的逐渐增大,其纠偏性能随之线性增加。
Based on ADAMS software, a belt conveyor simulat ion model is established, and the belt deviation phenomenon is studied. It was found that when the axis of the idler or drum is not perpendicular to the centerline of the belt, the belt deviation will occur. As the belt tension decreases and the running speed increases, the belt deviation becomes more serious. With the increase of the deflection angle of the self-aligning idler, its correction performance gradually increases and then gradually decreases. With the gradual increase of the positive pressure between the belt and the self-aligning idler, the correction performance will increase linearly.
