采煤机异常检测及预警管理系统的研究

针对采煤机在高尘、高湿、高冲击载荷作用下工作出现异常情况的问题,分析一种采煤机运行状态自动监控、异常工况自动检测、自动报警的综合管理系统。该系统利用模糊监控原理,对采煤机运行过程中的关键参数进行检测和对比,对采煤机运行状态进行实时监测。根据实际应用表明,该异常检测及预警管理系统具有稳定性高、可靠性好的优点,提升了采煤机井下综采作业的稳定性。

In view of abnormal working situation of shearer under the action of high dust, high humidity and high impact load, a comprehensive management system of automatic monitoring, automatic detection of abnormal working conditions and automatic alarm is proposed. According to the practical application, the anomaly detection and early warning management system has the advantages of high stability and good reliability, and improves the stability of fully mechanized coal mining operation under the shearer well.
