摘要
针对目前空分系统增压机防喘控制存在的一些问题,通过对空分系统增压机防喘控制系统构成元件的分析,根据引发增压机喘振的主要原因,提出了对空分系统增压机防喘控制进行改造研究,包括采用列式智能阀门定位器提高增压机防喘控制稳定性,优化防喘控制参数来提高防喘参数稳定性。实践证明,改造后空分系统增压机防喘控制系统稳定性好、抗干扰性强的优点,有着较高的应用性和推广价值。
In view of some problems existing in air separation system supercharger anti-surge control, the paper analyzes the components of air separation system supercharger anti-surge control system. It includes using intelligent valve positioner to improve anti-surge control stability and optimize anti-surge control parameters to improve anti-surge parameter stability. Practice has proved that the reform measures have the advantages of good stability and strong anti-interference, and have high application and popularization value.
