摘要
针对受附近采掘扰动影响巷道的围岩受力特点,以阳煤一矿内错抽巷为例,在原掘进施工分析和支护效果评价的基础上,对施工工艺、支护参数选取原则和围岩控制方法进行研究。通过井下地质力学测试和支护参数优化,提出扰动影响内错抽巷的锚网支护技术。井下实践表明,高预应力短锚索施工工艺可有效提高支护系统的预应力,降低锚杆支护的返工率,有效控制围岩变形,为后期综放回采提供便利。
According to the mechanics characteristics of roadway with mining and driving disturbing influence, based on the analysis of original tunneling construction and the evaluations of supporting effect, the construction technology,selection principle of support parameters and control strategies of surrounding rock have been researched, taking a gateway of a mine in Yangquan for example. The optimal bolt and metal mesh supporting technology of crossflow drainage roadway have been proposed by geological mechanics testing and support parameter optimization. Underground test shows: the high pretension and short cables could improve the prestressing force of supporting system, reduce the rework percentage of bolt supporting, make sure the safety of roadway and provide convenience for later mining.
