摘要
通过对热控自动保护联锁系统的影响因素分析,对该系统在维护及运行中存在的典型性问题和有效的策略及优化措施进行总结,针对不符合实际的内容进行改进,并对热控系统进行了可靠性功能改善,为其他相关企业开展DCS系统维护及日常应用提供借鉴。
Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the thermal control automatic protection interlocking system, the typical problems and effective strategies and optimization measures in the maintenance and operation of the system are summarized. Aiming at the content which is not in line with the actual situation, the reliability function of the thermal control system is improved, which provides a powerful reference for other related enterprises to carry out DCS system maintenance and daily application.
