摘要
介绍了DZC系列全自动除泡机中温度控制机制,从软件设计和硬件设计两方面详细分析了由单点测温到多点测温的优化方案。分析认为,多点控温突破了单点控温的局限性,能够准确地反应当前测温表面温度的变化趋势,且多点控温响应时间短、超调量小、温度均匀性更好、控制精度高、速度快,能够较好地满足客户温度控制要求高以及温度要求高的产品。
This paper introduces the temperature control mechanism in DZC series of automatic defoaming machines The optimization scheme from single point temperature measurement to multi-point temperature measurement is analyzed in detail from software design and hardware design. It is concluded that multi-point temperature control breaks through the limitation of single-point temperature control and can accurately reflect the current temperature change trend of temperature measuring surface.And the multi-point temperature control response time is short, the overshoot becomes smaller, the temperature uniformity is better, the control precision is high, the speed is fast, can better satisfy the customer temperature control request and the temperature request high product.
