摘要 针对现有液压支架电液控制系统存在稳定性差、适应性弱以及延时较长的问题,基于C8051F020芯片设计液压支架电液控制系统,给出电液控制系统总体设计框图,并基于该框图详细分析硬件、软件系统设计。经实验测试,基于传感器技术、RS485通信以及SPI通信技术,该系统能够实时、准确地传送液压控制器间数据,保障了液压支架动作的准确性。 Aiming at the problems of poor stability, weak adaptability and long delay in the existing electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support, based on the C8051 F020 chip, the electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support is designed, and the overall design block diagram of the electro-hydraulic control system is given, and the hardware and software system design are analyzed in detail based on the block diagram. Through laboratory test, based on sensor technology, RS485 communication and SPI communication technology, the data between hydraulic controllers can be transmitted in real time and accurately, which ensures the accuracy of hydraulic support action.
