This paper explained the current situation of China’s energy industry, analyze the trend of energy development, take HIT solar cells as new energy, and introduce the basic structure and technology of HIT solar cells.The HIT industrial chain equipment is studied, and the corresponding automation equipment will have a better market and rapid development, and then develop the PVD automation equipment.
